Default vista ie wont start,everytime i start my laptop security centre and windows update are turned off.?
everytime i have to start these programs through control panel, admn, services window. any permanent fix for my problems?...ps. with internet explorer , i have tried every possible way found on blogs and microsoft website to no avail. i hate vista

have you tried reinstalling IE?
