Is it illegal to post rapidshare links to software, Movies, Music, etc. on a forum or blog ? Is the webmaster responsible for this or is it Rapidshare's responsibility? Technically nothing is hosted on the site, rapidshare is hosting everything. So I would assume it's not the webmaster's responsibility.

Yes it is illegal , because rapidshare states clearly that it is your responsibility to whatever files you uploaded . Rapidshare has the rights to ban or delete or even give your IP location to whoever complainants they have against you .
