Default VMware workstation NAT upload is slow?

I'm using windows 2003 server and I've installed workstation 6 and it's the newest version, but I've tried it with every previous version of workstation also and it seems that the NAT is extremely slow. The host is getting 10mbps upload while the guest workstation is only getting 250kbps upload when the NAT is available. The download speed is not affected however. I would just use bridged connection but that won't work because it's a hosted server and they won't give you anymore IP addresses so the NAT is the only option at this point. Does anybody know how to fix the upload speed. It's really ridiculous to see a speed drop of that much when it comes to the upload. I know there's a tool called the eth tool but that's for Linux and I haven't found any solution from windows 2003 users.

Thank You in advance for any replies, I REALLY appreciate it!
