Default site valuation
WTS some of my website to give more time to others but on valuation DNScoop and estibot differ so much.

How much precedence can i give those valuations as i realize the sites are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for them.

it seems to be a general rule that 10 time what the site is earning is often a guideline to valuation but as you say what the buyer is willing to pay is the only true one
