I am earning $80-$100 a day from my blog. How to earn more?

I have my blog http://ultimate-proxy.blogspot.com which provides a list of free proxy servers to hide your ip address & to hide on the web for secure browsing. I have installed AdBrite Ads in my site(there is a referral AdBrite publishing network on my blog, anyone can join it & start earning) which fetches me $80-$100 a day. Can anyone tell me any other publishing networks like AdBrite from which i may earn more? Please dont tell me about Google AdSense, because i have applied it since 3 months but still its not been approved. I am tired of this AdSense. Please anyone help me with the publishing networks!!

If you are earning so good amount, why don't you move your blog to a new paid hosting service provider. First, move it to a good host, buy a domain name and design a good template. Then start monetizing the blog.
