How to install scripts from fantastico in my website?

I have a website mindfrenzy.com, my web host has the service fantastico, there are some things that i would like to use fro it however they ask what directory to install the scripts to. I had a programmer do my website and i'm not sure if i will have to have one do this for me or if there is a common directory that these would be put under Ex. Wordpress script

Using fantastico, you can install it easily. I guess less than 5 minutes and no need a programmer except you want to customized the wordpress
