Does Yahoo have program for publisher/bloggers just like Google's adsense?

I am comfortable having Yahoo as my browers and search engine, however, has to create account with Google as they have sort of partnership/programs for bloggers/publishers for their ads. Does Yahoo have similar program?

Yep, it's called the Yahoo Publisher Network.
