Internet Explorer and Flash help?

Everytime i try to go to a site with Adobe Flash Player i get this notice.

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to closed. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are in middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

When i click in "click here" i get this.

how on earth do i fix this problem? I have IE6 and Flash9.
