Will I get charged tax if I use Adsense on my blog?

I'm an Australian citizen using Google's Blogger.com to post a gaming blog. I've recently applied for Adsense but there I wanted to know more about whether I would need to pay tax to the U.S., Australia or both? I'm assuming I'd need to pay tax to just the Australian Tax Office.

In the US any money you make from Adsense is paid to you as a "business" and reported on a form 1099. So when we fill our taxes we can't hide from it. Although, the loop hole here is that you don't have to report any income from one source that does not meet $1600 per year. I don't know if Adsense will still report anything under that limit. I wouldn't think so because that would just extra work and manhours for them. Maybe your the same. Ask Adsense what they report to your tax man.
