There are three things to do:
1 get more visitors to your website

First of all to run google adsense you need two things.

1) Gmail id which I think you already have
2) Webstie or blog to run google adsense (preferably website).
Problem with blogs is that most of the blog do not allow to run google adsense ,I know one that is blogger.com

Next step:How to get google adsense.

Type google adsense in google and click on the first link.

3) Follow google instructions,at the end google will give you a java script code that you can paste it in your website.

4)When someone click on ads running in your website,
google pays you some money, when this money increases to $100,google sends you a check.
