Hi anybady help me i had a google adsense account and earn money through this programme my total payment is currently on hold because i am not recive my pin no 2 time i am also apply for reissue for my pin no why google is not send my pin no this condition what should i do please help me.

Sometime the posting will be delay. Request the pin and wait for 2 months, if still can not get the pin, email to google adsense and ask for pin through phone.

First to you have to know is you have to have $100 before you are able to get a pin no.

Second, check if you already finished the TAX check(if located in U.S.)
you must indicated "not working in U.S." (if not located in U.S.)

Third, After you have reached $100 and you submitted the information before, 15th of the month, you will probably get the pin after 1 month after the issue date..

just be patient and if it's not, just click the resend button and double check you address.

Need not be. This is not the case. In my case, I had received it when the balance was $20.

It's already down to 10$.. When you have reached this earnings, you can request for a PIN and google will mail it to you.
