Can I use google Adsense on my website that I created using a free website provider??

I would like to make a website using "google sites" or "freewebs.com" because these providers are free and I do not know html and I just feel it would be easier for me to use then to buy my own domain for a website and need expensive software to make my website. However, I want to use google adsense to try and make money off of my website. Is this possible?? and will i make any money since i am using a website to help me create my website?? thanks for any help!!

You need to check whether the website provider allow you to put the adsense code before you use it.

However, i will suggest you to use the google page creator (http://pages.google.com/) which is also free webiste provider that allow you to put adsense code.
