Cheap web host?

Hello everyone. I am the admin of furfags.com, which is basically just a community forum. I am currently hosted at 1and1.com. However, over the past few months, I have been seeing, with increasing frequency, error 500 (server error) on every single page. I have called 1and1 and they claim to be "running fixes" but nothing seems to work. Every day, I see error 500s and it is beginning to affect almost every page making the website just about unusable. So, I am looking to change web hosts. The webhost must contain the following:

- PHP Support with atleast 2 MySQL databases.
- PHP5
- Support for transferring a pre-existing domain name (furfags.com).
-E-mail at my website.

Currently I get this at 1and1.com for 3.99 a month. I would like a similar price and features:

I think 10GB won't last long but your site is starting out. You are on a shared right? I have my own VPS running 20+ sites since 2006 and is loving it.
